Your collection inquiry

Old Card Buyers collects the name, email, city and state, collection category, description, photo uploads or album links, and any optional phone number or asking price you submit. Your consent choice and submission time are recorded. Please do not send identification documents, bank details, home addresses, or unrelated personal photos.

How information is used

We use your submission to review your collection, contact you about a potential purchase, manage that inquiry, and understand which ads generated interest. Your details and uploaded photos are stored privately and available only to the buyer through an authenticated owner inbox. They are not published on the website.

Messages and reminders

Submitting requests email contact about your inquiry. The optional reminder checkbox permits up to two photo reminders over three days when that service is enabled. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated text messages. You can withdraw that permission by replying “stop” or using the contact process below. Automated sending is currently being configured; an on-screen saved reference confirms your submission, not an email delivery.

Website activity

We record page loads, text-link taps, landing pages and campaign tags. These do not confirm that a text message was sent. With your optional consent, Meta receives PageView and successful inquiry (Lead) events, along with browser/device and network information used for advertising measurement. The measurement runs in a separate-origin frame; we do not send your inquiry fields, photos, reference, page query parameters or album links to Meta. Meta may use cookies and process this information under its own privacy policy. Declining does not prevent submitting an inquiry. Use Privacy choices to withdraw consent for future events. Consent preferences are stored separately for each website address in this browser. If you use both oldcardbuyers.com and www.oldcardbuyers.com, manage your choice on each address. Visit https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ for Meta’s privacy policy. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit spam.

Storage and providers

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the site and store inquiry records and photos. Service providers process the information needed to operate the website. Google Gmail processes inquiry summaries emailed privately to the buyer. A messaging provider may process seller emails when configured. Do not put private documents in a publicly shared photo album.

Texting

If a texting option is shown, it opens your messaging app. You choose and send the photos yourself to the displayed buyer number. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. These messages do not automatically appear in the website inbox.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete an inquiry, use the contact form with the same email and enter “Privacy request,” or reply to an existing conversation with the buyer. We may verify the request before acting. Participation is optional; an inquiry does not commit you to sell.

Adults only

This service is for adults aged 18 and older in the United States who own the items or have permission to sell them.
